Unofficial PottermoreWiki & Forums -- Where YOU Shape the Content

Welcome to the Unofficial Pottermore Wiki & Forums for Writers and Fans! In this site, all magical people can post and share what they are discovering on PottermoreTM.

PottermoreWiki is where fans can share and analyze all the new material gleaned from PottermoreTM and receive comments and feedback.  When complete, this site will have three main sections: the Forums, the Wiki, and Editorials.

The Pottermore Forums are where fans can chat and share the excitement of their new discoveries.

While PottermoreTM is still in beta-testing, those who are not yet in will be able to get an idea as to what's to come!  But beware of spoilers!

In the Wiki, all registered users can edit and submit articles or suggest others for inclusion.

In Editorials, writers and fans can share their opinions and theories as to what's been revealed on Pottermore and how the new material fits into the overall Potterverse or our understanding of JK Rowling's craft.  All editorials will have a comment trail for author/reader interaction.

So, dig out your quick quotes quill and start posting!

You Create This Site

This site is intended to be driven by you! Once I figure out how to work all these gadgets, I'm hoping that this will be a place where you will not only comment on the articles and editorials and chat in the forum, but create the content as well.

As the site progresses, you may have ideas as to what other features are needed or how to further shape the site. Please share those through the comments, the forum, or e-mail. Together, let's make this the best resource on Pottermore, outside PottermoreTM, that it can be!

Forums!

The Unofficial PottermoreWiki Forums are live! This is the place to share and discuss all that we're discovering about and inside PottermoreTM. (Note: Only those forums relating to what has currently been released are open. Others will open in timing with PottermoreTM).

As a writer, I'm especially interested in what JK Rowling will reveal about her craft, but all discussions are welcomed!

Just keep in mind that if you're not a Pottermore beta-tester -- prepare to be spoiled!

Wiki is Live!

The PottermoreWiki is now live! We are using the same software as Wikipedia, so you should feel familiar with its design and operation.  As the Wiki is brand new, and it's user-driven, there are only a couple of articles so far.

But we want to change that as soon as possible! So, sharpen your quills and read the introductory articles inside so that you can help analyze and document this new phenomenon from JK Rowling!

A Writer's Guide to Harry Potter
Comes to Die

This site is an unofficial fan site for literary analysis and discussion.  It is in no way affiliated with the official PottermoreTM site owned by JK Rowling...though we love it!
